We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. To initiate a return or report an issue, customers must contact us first at prestigecollectiononline@yahoo.com with photos and details of the damage. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange or refund as appropriate.
